Well it is 2 am here and I think I am finally ready to sleep. I had a busy day, lots of laundry and a trip to the store. By this evening I was on the heating pad trying to ease the nerve pain down my right leg and butt. This is getting hard to take and I don't know what else to do about it. I'll talk to my physiotherapist tomorrow when I'm there. He did some electrical stimulation on it last time and that helped alot. I'd love to try a TENS unit but have to wait to see the pm doc for that, can't get in until at least mid march, I'm waiting for an appointment.

It was good to sleep all night.
Less flu today but still a little congested. Might miss choir tonight. Never sure of that decision. Breathing deeply helps but also tireing so double edged sword.

I had physio this morning at 11 then had to go to the grocery store for a few things. That always kills me. I used to shop at multiple stores in one day but I have to limit myself to one store per day now. I like to go and just pick up the sale items at each store it just takes me longer to do that now. Tomorrow I'll hit one more store before the sales change.
We had a nice evening here so far. Bf's 10 yr old daughter cooked mac and cheese for supper and 12 yr old son washed the dishes so I had enough spoons to make a chocolate cream pie for a late desert (just instant pudding in a pie shell with cool whip, pretty quick but they love it) then trimmed the boy's hair and mended a pair of pants for him. I felt very productive and it didn't increase my pain at all. I was already at a 7 anyway so as long as I stay there I can deal with it.
Hope everyone is having a decent evening. Seems to be alot of flu on the go everywhere and extra pain due to the weather... treat yourself to a nice bubble bath or whatever relaxes you, you all deserve it. Big gentle hugs,

every muscle in my body and some parts I didn't know i owned are not liking what they did today.
I was actually managing ok but then I did something and a pain in my hip that hurts off an on but alot lately, just shot down my leg into my foot so now i am ,limping around and shuffling quite slowly.
I got the closet and kitchen sorta put together.................
I have no idea of where anything actually is but it is IN THERE!
I was there from about 9-5 and I am feeling it. I never, ever ever go sustained that long.
I enjoyed hearing from everyone.
I will be without internet for a few days so when you don't see me you will know why. I will have it tomorrow but after that not sure.
