Good morning my friends. Christmas is over for another year. It went by way too fast for me. We all got together Christmas day at my sister's house for supper. My two daughters were there, two sisters, mother and brother plus my 4 grandchildren and my niece. It was awesome but too short. The highlight of my day was when my 4 yr old granddaughter climbed up into my lap with her toys and sat and played with me for a while. I don't get to see them very often so sometimes she is shy with me. Her brother wouldn't come to me at all (he's 3).

The last few days before Christmas were frantic, trying to finish projects for gifts at the last minute as usual. I was in alot of 'extra' pain from the stress and not being able to rest as much as I needed. Now that things are slowed down I'm doing better already. I have an appointment with my new family doctor on the 8th. This is my 4th family doctor since I got hurt in 2010 so I'm a little better prepared to get her up to speed on my condition. I need her to help me with my appeal to insurance and my CPP application so I hope she's as good as everyone says. She is young and this is her very first medical practice but I've heard great things about her.
