Hey, guys. It's just been a rough day. It started nicely and there were a lot of good things to take from it. But something happened out of my control; my car broke down and I was stranded for 2.5 hours. I thought about the good lessons I was learning, about rolling with the punches, taking things in stride, perspective, and some good things that applied more specifically. But for some reason, it was a catalyst to set off a lot of unrelated feelings that had been simmering. The breakdown itself wasn't really a big deal, all things considered. But there has been a lot of upheaval in my life lately, as some of you know, and it seems to take very little to make me feel world-weary right now. I figured it would be a good idea to share. Thanks, friends. :) Hope you're all doing alright out there.

I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
