WHAT I WOULD DO, if she is just a co worker and not a boss... tell her how you feel. Let her know you will be filing a complaint if the abuse doesn't stop, then keep a voice recorder on you. When she starts the abusive language, pull it out for ALL to see and start recording. She will either keep yelling and give you the proof you need to file a complaint, or she will shut up because she is being recorded. Either way, works out for you lol
No one has the right to talk to you like that at the work place.

I really appreciate all the good advice here. I did reflect this incident to the bosses. Unfortunately, they know that already (since I'm not the first victim) but they do not intend to do anything about it. This is a very small company and this person is in charge of HR work. So I guess I run out of options here within this company.
However, all your support do make me feel better. I am going to start documenting / recording what's going on in this place. Just in case. In the mean time, it is time to think about moving on ... ...
