It's the end of the school year. I'm rushing to pack everything into my tiny little brain, while doing my countless hours of daily homework (that usually take me about 6 hours to finish; sometimes I don't even get sleep because of homework), projects for nearly every class that are all basically due at the exact same time and all count as test grades, and finishing all of my finals. I've been stressed out all year, as always, but the end of the year is always the absolute WORST. Everything is rushed and piled on top of everything else. So the stress rises until it's so unbearable that I can't sleep and I feel my body shutting down. I have no energy, my depression is getting worse, I'm almost completely isolated from everyone else around me, I have chronic migraines and back/neck pains, my hair is falling out, I can't sleep, my anxiety is through the roof and I keep biting off my nails and skin around my nails. Nobody believes me when I say I'm a mess, though. They all respond with "me too" and "same" but they aren't like me. And that stresses me out even more that they don't understand. My doctor told me too much stress can lead to brain or heart problems and I'm terrified those will develop. I just really need some advise if possible. I need someone who TRULY understands. I need someone to talk to. I just need someone.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Good Luck!
I know easier said than done.. But go in a quiet room cut off any distractions and try visual imagery. They also have soothing sounds to help you sleep. All the best!
