In a job hunt but today I delivered a re-worked computer to a local customer, a Meineke dealership, and the darn thing worked worse than when I picked it up on Saturday. Good intentions aside, I essentially destroyed his business for the day, replicated his horror on my home computer (at some risk) and still have the same problems he has. I take my job and work seriously, too much so, and an in a first class depression caused by huge stress today.

Stress seems to affect me the opposit. When my expectations are to high and I seem to not be able to accomlish what I wanted then I want to give up and depression will set in. It seems like a device for me to shut down because I feel unable to accomlish what I wanted to. I have to watch it so I am not down to long with depression or up to much from stress. Sometimes one can beat themselves up to much with high expectations on performance and quality. That is when I do a pro and con list on the issue to see what I can let go and what I can fix.

Reisen, I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you have perhaps a network of friends in the same field that you can bounce ideas off of, in order to get the system for the customer up and running? Sometimes, we try so hard (unknowingly) to be an island, and want to do things on our own, but that very idea can bring on stress (as in this example). Perhaps you can develop a mentorship with others who might lend new ideas to what the issue might be, leaving you with new fresh things to look at, with not so much stress, and the knowledge that you are not alone...good luck Reisen55...Mari

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
