I am all for anger management classes. Many people even professionals do not necessarily have insight to what they are doing. It was pointed out to me during a stressful time, I yelled to much, this was very valuable information as it made me reassess my reactions.
If children are involved it is imperative that it be addressed as it effects their future and theraoy IMHO may be in order, so the underlying etiology can be pigeonholed.

i also have trouble of anger management at work, usually because its highly stressful and a very negative enviorment. even my friends and coworkers avoid me when im getting stressed, as i vent to them in a way that i have to come back and appologize later. Have tried prayer, yoga and relaxation techniques but it doesnt help when im in the middle of the action...any other recomendations?? I dont want to be known as a bitter and angry person all my life.
