I had never being a fan of winter. Specially living in Chicago IL were we can possibly see four seasons in 1 season with the crazy weather.... I visited my baby's grave today.... and it broke my heart to see my son's grave fully covered with snow. I started crying soooo much. I try my best to clean the snow.... and notice that do to the weather conditios no one has visited the Holy Inocents (babies) graves. It is soooo sad. I just dont know how I can still be here..after almost 8 months of my first baby loss.... and just dont imagine my life like this all the time..... This is the worst kind of torture and pain a women can go through :'(:-/:'(:-/:'(:-/:'(:-/:'(:-/:'(:-/

Thank uso kuch for ur kind words & the soup. I do lit a white candle for Eli everyday and it does make me feel connected to him. I also try to buy him flowers every week and place them next to his picture. I had told myself i would visit him every saturday..... and yesterday it was really hard breaking with the snow.
My husband and I were planning to to Indiana to live "better" financially wise. But know I am having doubts it is 3hrs from were we are now, which means it willl be kind of hard coming over here every Saturday. :'(

Martha i am very sorry for what you went through but i know you are a strong and brave mother to angel Eli. I am sure he is very proud of you
Babies are supposed to be in the cradles but how unfortunate are we that our babies are in the graves.
I was so excited to buy the car seat and the cradle for my baby but never made it. Instead now i have a picture of his coffin and his grave as the only memory.

Martha's mommy, please hang in there. We are all going through this torture that no mother should have to feel. I feel this every day since my baby Evelyn passed on 10-5-14. Every day I get up is another day I have to battle to get through. Our babies know what we do for them and how much we love them. The other day, I went to the store and I wanted so bad to get a pair of shoes for my Evelyn. I cried walking through the baby section but I bought her a cute pair of shoes to place next to her urn. I know she will never get to where it, but it just someone made me feel like she was there. Your baby is in my thoughts.
