It has been two years since a lost my little girl at week 39 due to a cord accident. Still missing her and thinking how life would be if I had her here right now. So many plans that we had for our family and all of them included her. The worst part it's that nobody even mentioned her name on her anniversary day not even my mom. I still don't know if people truly forgot or if they just feel weird mentioning her name. Sadly to say but I don't think they remember the date. Have one of you had a similar situation during anniversary day.

Hi, on the first anniversary which was last year, most of my siblings forgot, i live quite far from of my sisters so i figured that contributed, its funny coz my husband's close family remembered, i decided that, it does not matter if anyone else forgets as i will always remember and he will always be in my heart, am the one who new him for 38wks, noone else did, i guess to protect myself from hurting when people forget i expect them not to remember.

My family has been the worst at remembering to call me on the 9th of every month. Gemma would be 6 months old tomorrow. I can already guess that only my best friend will remember to call. Everyone else has moved on with their lives and don't seem to care about my grief anymore. They will always miss Gemma but she is not on their minds every day like me. That's why I'm thankful I can come here any time for support. You ladies understand everything I feel and forgive every angry pity party. Hugs and prayers...

It's been 20 1/2 years since Johanna was stillborn. It's been 2 years and 2 month since Lukas went back to heaven. There are still days when I miss both of them like crazy, and there are days when the silence surrounding them just kills me. I want to just shout that my two babies died before they got to live their lives, before I got to know them, had a chance to hold them. I know my family cares, I know my mom thinks about both my babies on a regular basis. She takes care of Johanna's grave for me in Germany, and I can talk with her about both of them - just not too often, don't want to make things painful for her. And she rarely brings up my babies because she doesn't want to make things painful for me. Could that be the reason why no one in your family mentioned your baby's anniversary? Not because no one cares or remember, but maybe because they don't want to open your wounds and make things more difficult for you?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
