The due date

Im new here. My baby girl was a still born, when I was 34 weeks into my pregnancy. She was born on april the 22th but it took 4 days. Sometimes I think it took such a long time because I didnt want to leave my body because then it would be over. My pregnancy was almost perfect and there was never anything wrong. I miss her so much, my heart is so broken. Im always thinking how this could happen and how unfair it is. This innocent little human being was taken from us.
My due date was june the 1st and Im dreading that day. I feel worse day by day as my due date comes closer. Its almost difficult to breathe :(

I am so sorry for the loss of your baby girl , I will tell you that you will never ger over the loss of your baby girl but it will get easier and you will find a new normal. You will be able to catch your breath . I lost my son in january and I have my good days and I have my bad days so take it day by day .

So so sorry for your loss. I lost my son this past November at 36 weeks. Like angelwings18 said it will take time. You'll never be over it but you will find a way to go on. In the meantime were here. Things like this just shouldn't happen to innocent little babies. It feels so wrong. The longing for a lost baby can be so intense. Reach out when you need to. The parents here have all been so kind and understand the grief and anger you must be feeling. I wish I had the words to ease your grief. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your baby girl. You and I started this journey at about the same time. I lost my son on April 17 when I was at 34 weeks. I know what you mean about not wanting the labor to be over. I remember not wanting it to end because then I would have to begin facing my new reality.

My due date was May 27. I felt terrible all last week. I was dreading my due date so much that by the time the actual day came, it wasn't too bad. I think I spent so much time worrying about it that I got all my emotions out beforehand. My due date fell on a holiday weekend here in the U.S. and it helped me to keep busy so I didn't dwell on it too much. But all weekend I kept thinking, "I shouldn't be here. I'm supposed to be at the hospital having Graham." I'm glad to have it done with. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. Feel free to send me a message if you want to talk.

Your not alone. My due date is approaching quickly. It is June 9th. It has been so hard. The pain gets worse as I get closer. Just hard knowing she is gone and wont be coming back.

It's funny that today I decided to look at my calendar to see what day of the week my due date fell on. I guess when I originally got my EDD I marked it in my planner, numbered every week from 1-40, so I could keep track and once I lost my baby Kaelyn, I never looked back to it. I have already decided to take a vacation day and not go to work on Aug 13th because I'm afraid of facing anyone there, especially since I deal with the public at work.
I want you to know Karny that I can't tell you how to feel or how to prepare yourself for it. With you just reaching out to all of us is a brave act in itself and we are all here for support. Take it second by second and minute by minute and you will survive. Good luck and take care!
