Stillbirth Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have been impacted by a stillbirth. A stillbirth occurs when a fetus which has died in the uterus, during labor, or during delivery exits a woman's body. For help and support, share your experiences and learn how others coped. Don't forget that you are not alone.
I attribute it all to not being able to relax during this pregnancy. It sucks to not be able to enjoy it like "everyone else". I just do the best I can each day. I did buy myself a fetal Doppler, and it has helped with some of the anxiety. It is reassuring to hear the heartbeat when I want to. But, I also know that it doesn't guarantee anything either because I also rented one during my last pregnancy and ended up with a stillborn anyhow.
How far along are you......are things going well with your pregnancy so far? Maybe you could talk with your doctor to see if there's anything safe to take to help you relax some.
I know it's hard. Just take it a day at a time. I'm here if you need to vent.
Take care and wishing you some peace and happiness.

I never had anxiety issues before I lost Owen, but now, it's crazy... I worry something is going to happen to me, I worry even more that something is going to happen to my husband and, now that I'm expecting again, I constantly worry about the new baby. I believe that, because we've lost someone so special, someone we love with all that we are, we become paranoid that we will lose everyone.
My panic attacks have been pretty frequent lately. I'm not sure if that his the pregnancy hormones kicking in, the holidays, or some combination of everything.
I guess I don't really have an advice, but I wanted you to know you're not alone!
