Ladies, How do I do this?
It has been a year, and this last month the pain has been the worst yet. I thought I was finally getting better last spring, then I spiraled into a depression so bad my usually spotless house and good grades are wrecked. I cry randomly everyday. What do I do?
Is it normal to get this bad around their birthdays? All I know is that there is a constant bubble of anger and pain in my heart lately, and I want my baby girl here to celebrate her birthday. Somebody please tell me how to do this without losing my mind :(

It's been over 13 months for me and just this week I found myself crying in the parking garage at work 2 days in a row. The 2nd day it left me so exhausted and I wanted to cancel a dinner date with a friend. But I didn't and I felt so much better after. Didn't even tell her about what had happened earlier in the day. It was just good to kind of relax for a bit.
I think it might be the norm to get seemingly worse around the one year mark. I was on edge too.
