I am having a duality of emotions. In a way, I am looking forward to the 4th of July weekend because I am going to be surrounded by friends. At the same time, I am at the brink of a meltdown because the 4th of July was my Amelia's due date, which will be followed by her birthday on the 7th of July. A year has passed. The last few days I have been steadily experiencing increased emotional outbursts. I feel like I am going to have a panic attack soon.
Does anyone have advice on how to deal with such a milestone? I'm unbelievably sad, angry, distressed. I am going to a support group tonight that I have never been to just because I need help.

I have found that the lead up to milestone dates is worse than the date itself. My advice? Don't hold it in..if you need to cry, then cry..bottling it all up just makes you into an explosion waiting to happen. Hugs to you dear. I will be thinking about you and your sweet Amelia tomorrow.
