I promise it does get better. My Angel would be a year old on the 28th of May. And it has taken all of this time and a lot of prayer, scripture, friends and family support and compassion and a lot a lot a lot of talking about my thoughts feelings and emotions, to get to where i FINALLY am today! Do not get anything inside! I can finally say that I feel like me again... ( a new, better, stronger, more compassionate, sensitive, emotional, cautious, and so on and so on ME) but none the less I have found my new normal..... And so will you :) lots of hugs and thoughts and prayers, along with good positive energy and warm fuzzies coming your way today and for the year ahead of you. There will be so many ups and downs. But fear not that you have found the best place for love, support, comfort, peace, and HOPE :)

I'm so sorry for your loss and that you had to meet all of us this way. We've all felt or are feeling exactly the same way you are now. I lost my little boy 2 months ago at 21 weeks and the pain is very real. I have good days and bad. I have times where I can smile because I gave birth to a beautiful little boy and times where I feel helpless, sad, guilty and just plain lost. What helped me the most when I first joined this group is knowing I wasn't alone. You have many women here who will listen, advise, and most importantly, understand.

I am so sorry for all you are suffering. I lost my little girl December 29, 2010. I was also 23 weeks pregnant. Its only been 4 months and yet again, I can't believe its been 4 months that have gone by. I still ache for her and sometimes find myself still patting my belly with the horrible shock of realization that she is no longer there.

I wish I could tell you that it gets easier. I think we will just learn to live with the pain.

The woman on this site are wonderful. They will surround you with support, assure you that you are not alone, every thought and emotion you experience and will experience has been and is being experienced by every woman here. Don't be affraid to reach out.

Oh love I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my little boy Aaron almost 9 weeks ago at 39 weeks and this is the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. It has gotten a little easier. I've had several days where I haven't cried but I still walk around with a sick feeling in my stomach. I still have a deep sadness looming over everything I do. I think it's true that the pain is never going to go away but that we will learn to live with it. I have found comfort that our babies are in Heaven. They are so perfect up there--they don't need anything and they won't ever have to go through the heartaches of this world. I know it still hurts though. Praying for your peace. Love Jessie.

My heart aches for and with you. It's been 8 months since I said hello and goodbye to my Annaya. The pain is not as sharp but I am still grieving. I am now finally able to look at babies without feeling like someone has punched me in the stomach.

Take time to grieve and know that grief does not play fair. You can not avoid grief you have to go through it. The stages are in no particular order.

Today was a good one but that does not mean that tomorrow will be the same. I've been through so many emotions. I've blamed myself and God. I've finally accepted this as a blessing because Annaya has allowed me to meet some wonderful people.

To answer your question, the pain does eventually dull but your babies will ALWAYS be in your heart.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Everything that you feel is normal, and even though it doesn't seem possible, yu will get stronger. I lost my first baby in February. I found out after I had been in labor for a few hours that he had no heartbeat. I can honestly say that even though I think about him every day, it is no longer so difficult to get out of bed and I no longer cry every day. God will help you through. I am so sorry that you have to feel this pain. Nobody should ever have to feel this way.
