Our angel Julien passed away June 1st. We chose not to have a funeral as I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle it. Instead we had him cremated. I now regret that decision as I feel he deserved to be acknowledged more... if that makes any sense. Whatever emotions you go through during the funeral will be, I believe, what you will need to go through. Robot or emotional wreck, we all grieve differently. I've been both for over a month. I am so sorry you have to go through this and hope, in the end, it will help you with your grieving process. My thoughts are with you.

The day before my baby Layla's funeral I had a viewing. All my family came and we all passed her around for a cuddle. This being my third baby I felt that it was the right thing to do....u have a baby u want to show it off.... I was so happy that they all came and wanted a hold of her. The only thing was, instead of smiling and gazing into her eyes, they were full of sadness. This broke my heart.

We had Oliver cremated but had his ashes and pictures at a small funeral service for our families that were able to fly in. That day was the 2nd worst day of my life

Its been nearly a month since my baby Emily Rose had to be born at 18 wks. Her funeral is tomorrow, I honestly don't know how im going to cope. I've made her a memory box and keep all her scan pics, photos and even the papoose they put her in when she was born. Its lovely and having it near me in the lounge means that she is still a part of our family and always will be. Please just give me all your strength for tomorrow, I'm going to need it xx
