Hey everyone. I haven't been on here in a while but I still visit everyday and read everyones posts. Anyhow it has been 10 weeks today since I lost Jameson at 40 weeks.i feel like my brain is starting to forget details about my delivery and time in the hospital.i don't know if I'm subconsciously forgetting because of the stress or if I truly am starting to forget. I don't want to ever forget but it seems like I can no longer recall details from that few days like I use to be able to. I miss my Jameson so much. I'm just confused with how my brain has been working.

I was afraid I would forget, so a few weeks after I wrote out Emma's birth story in as much detail as I could remember. Maybe you could try that?

Forgetting is a protective measure that can move us towards healing. By writing down your birth experience you can be sure that your memories will not be lost, while at the same time clearing space in your head for healing. You will never forget Jameson. By forgetting some things from the birth, you are not letting him go. He will always be close to your heart.

I wrote my birth story down on paper. And actually hand wrote it. I feel like I am just losing my memory in general. I look for things when they are in my hand and I will start a sentence and forget what I am saying. Your subconscious is protecting you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
