I am 2 years 4 months out... I love my daughter even more than I loved her before.. if that is possible.but its hoe I feel. I think about my fellow angel mommies often, i pray for your strength.. for those that have been blessed with the opportunity of mothering another child here on earth, I hope you are hanging in there..I hear pregnancy after loss is like holding your breath for 9 months.. even when the baby does get here alive and screaming..the fear of them dying too sometimes lingers.. for those mothering sunshine kids through their grief of the baby brother(s) or sister(s) that never made it home.. those navigating the "trying to conceive" landmines.. those that are trying to be okay with never having a living child to raise this side of heaven.. those that don't know what they want anymore... all of you beautiful brave loving mommies are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Celian, I also keep all of you in my prayers....and specially those who helped me through my most difficult time....I am doing ok.... with my rainbow baby in my belly...37 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a little boy. I was supposed to be induce today however my Dr thought it was better to wait to be induced at 38 weeks.I literally have knots of stress on my neck just thinking that it can happened again. Although my baby kicks and moves a lot the fear is there.... I just wish they'll induce me already but the hospital would not allow it until 38 weeks:-(
I still think about my Eli every single day...I still talk to him.... I visit his grave..... I still cry for him..... like you said I love him more and more every day. I know he is watching over me and my baby boy Mateo, that will be my rainbow's baby name. Which means Gift of God.
Sinza is proud of you mommy for reaching to all of us angel mommies trying to make it day by day after our loss.
I will keep you and my prayers...and thank you for your prayers as well.

Mateo arrived here May 19,2016. It was through emergency c-section. Mateo had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. He didn't showed growth on the ultrasound in 1 week. My Dr decided to do the c-section as she was afraid that I could lose Mateo. During the c-section they struggled getting him out. And at the end t hey were able although he had a couple of bruises because of the struggled they had taking him out...we were out of the hospital in 2 days. Mateo looks exactly like Eli, same face features...head shape..... he is for sure a little angel. Mateo weigh 5lbs 6oz, and 19.5in long.
The family is all happy already spoiling him.
I've been very emotional....a bit depressed here and there missing Eli....this coming Sunday is his 2 yr anniversary. We will visit his grave and bring baby brother along to visit.

My rainbow baby is almost 7 months old. The terror of that pregnancy has not subsided. I'm still terrified that I am going to lose her as well. I find that I can't even buy her clothes or toys for when she's a little bit older because I don't want to be stuck with more memories to pack in a box if something happens to her as well. The legacy of a stillborn baby hey. It will stay with us till they day we die.

angelemmarose congratulations on your rainbow baby. Stillbirth is not an experience to forget, yet it teaches us how precious the time we have been given is. Don't beat yourself up if you cant live in the future..you are doing the best you can in the present, and thats fantastic enough.
