Well, I met the OW for coffee. I started off by saying I was sorry for anything I may have said to her at the start of all of this and hoped she understood where I was comming from then. I also told her that my main reason for wanting to met her was, because she need to be ok with her baby being around me and I stressed that I did not want anything to do with her child, but when it was with my H, I would not ever take anything out on him, just his father who caused all of this. The OW bashed my H for a while and I just let her vent. It was hard hearing her self serving stories, and I took everything she said with a grain of salt, like I did know he was still with you. That is a lie cause I called and talked to her and she still did not back off. but whatever, like I told her it is what it is and I did not want any details, I just wanted to open the lines of communitaction between us, cause if I stay she will have to deal with me. Since I am the responsible one here.
I do have to say that I do understand what my H saw in her, I am in much better shape, and better looking. LOL That made me feel alittle better. After talking with her I don't think she will be a threat to me at all, she just wants my H to be a dad. She will have ever use the child as a tool in having a say of when and where he can see him. We are still planning on doing a DNA test, but my H is trying to find a way to pay for it since I will not take 545.00 away from my family, my H needs to go give blood or get a second job or something, cause it is his problem I know who my kids are. lol Oh, Yeah I made sure to tell the OW that I have my own bank account and would not be helping my H support the kid, so if she was hoping to get anything out of me other then support for my H, she was wrong.

I am so glad that I sat down with her. but only time will tell if I can handle this.

Every state is very different, but here in Ohio the test were done thru our county child support services. It was about $145.00. (and since my H tested positive he had to pay for all 3, yes even the mother had to be tested) but it still was only $145. A friend of mine did this test privatly and now they have to go thru the courts and are required to do it all over again. When it's thru the county Child support system, your H should not have to pay upfront either. They should be able to add it to his account per say.

I'm sure you are still going thru a range of emotions. I'm called the OW a few weeks ago, but am still no way of wanting to speak to her in person. And yes I just saw her again this weekend while out shopping. She avoided me & I avoided her.

It had to be tough meeting the OW. I feel for you. I know how hard that must have been. I doubt the two of you will end up friends, but at least it might be a little less awkward in the future when you have to deal with her.

I would not want to be her friend even if she never slept with my H, because is has no morals and is selfish. I need to correct my speeling above when I said I do undertand what my H saw in her, I really ment I didn;t understand what my H saw in her. LOL

I was going to suggest the same thing look into your state. In IL we can get it for free. I think states are tired of this crap too so they are trying to give tests at cheaper rates.

How the hell did you get her to talk to you? The BM won't talk to me, I wrote her a letter she didn't respond but say smart commments to my H saying I was talking crazy. I think she will not face me because she knows she is dead wrong on so many levels.

my husband thought he was gonna force me to sit down with "her" and talk things out. "was i allowed to talk things out when you were deciding that you two were gonna turn my world upside down, but now i need to sit down and make things easy for you two-FUCK THAT!" i quickly informed him that this was a bad idea because i was so enraged she was sure to get her ass kicked if i had to sit and listen to her talk about why she is justified in sleeping with my husband and having a baby with him. i was afraid that she would make the wrong facial impression or the wrong comment and some restaurant owner would have been calling the police and suing me for their broken up establishment.

MJ-that i why to this day i have not meet with her, she is destined to get a beat down. she deserves it but i am afraid of jail and she is not worth my son being without me, so that is why she has been safe up until this point. but you know that karma is and always will kick her ass for me. just wish i could be a fly on the wall to watch it.

Trust me I wanted to kick the living shit out of that whore, right there in starbucks, but She is not worth me ruining my life over. I just wanted to make sure she knew that I was not afraid of her and was the better women here. I do not plan on ever seeing her or her kids again. I told my H that as well. I also told him if he ever went around her alone he better pack his bags first.

JaeW, i completely understand. I am where yo are at right now. Amethyst80, I commend you on keeping your composer. I hop to be there on day. Right now, im just not. I sopose if you can do it I can do. But, I hate her fucking gutz so much right now. I cant trust myself. But, then it is opposite now. My kids are going to her house, and I didnt want to meet her if my kids are court ordered to spend then night, but maybe i shouldnt' I might smash her trampy face.
