Custody Battle has Begun.......

First she assults my husband. She threatens to kill her kids (only the two she had by him) not the other three she had with three other men. Just his (my husband). She tries to run him over in a car and crashes into a building several times as she kept putting car in reverse and slamming it into the building while kids were in car.
She gets arrested, took to jail just to get bailed out in one day and go and get the kids from childcare. My husband was supose to have them in his custody for the time being beczuse she "endangered their lives" My husband was too afraid to go get the kids because of her extream violent tendencies so he called polic, social workers and noone would help him. Said he had to talk it to court.
Then today we get in the mail that SHE has filed restrraining order against US both stateing that we abused her and that I hate her child and am mean to the child. NOTHING SHE SAID IS TRUE IN THE LEAST! She doesnt want my husband and i to have any amount of custudoy or time with his children. I am praying that this judge will see that this women is very ill and needs help. These two small baby and toddler were both in the car that she deliberately slammed into the wall.

Wow, I'll pray for you and that the judge can see her true colors. You'd think social services would have the children's best interest. Goodluck & keep us informed.

yes she does need some help and i am betting that your husband regrets deeply ever gettting involved with such a maniac. i bet if we all wrote about the OW we would all see that they all have some sort of mental disturbance. look back at their behavior or what we have heard about them and we will see that they are all crazy.

Pillar, lol. I apologize for getting back to you so late. It think that would be great! Lord only knows I could use a little more humor in my life. Well the court thing hasnt gotten underway so i have no new, "crazy ass things" to report on "my crazy-bitch" lol. But, I was wonder if anyone else had some new info on "their crazy-bitch" lol.

OH MAN! That is one crazy woman you have to deal with there. I'm so sorry. Mines not that crazy, shes more stupid then anything. And I mean that in every sense. this one works at a daycare and if she gets one more strike against her at work, she loses her job and will never be able to work around kids ever again and then she also attends a local college taking early childhood classes so she can open her own daycare. I have honestly thought about causing her to lose her job but I'm sure if I do that right now she would have another excuse to take more in cs. Knowing my luck!

The judge denied her portective order. The ow requested that the children not be allowed near me or my home for fear i might attempt to do them bodily harm. The judge denied her on that telling her, "After reading Mrs,Shadowdancer's letter (deplaration0 I believe that their is no such threat of harm to the children. Then she gabe another excuse, and then he said well then they can keep the baby overnight. Then OW next excuse was the baby needed this and that...Finally the judge told her the way to solve that was to let the baby stay overnight with their father. She was furious!

that is what she gets, i hope she felt like the whore that she is and now she sees that her games are not gonna work. she is so selfish because she is only thinking about herself, those kids are just a meal ticket.

I am so glad for you SD! The judges get fed up with people very quickly, and I think they can see when someone is playing games with the system. This time it worked in your favor, thank goodness. I would think if she keeps doing this sort of thing it will keep working in your favor.

Intentioanl Infliction of Emotional Distress", right? I'm sure you have cause I know I sure as hell did. I did months of lega research to find out this. There is not one fucken law that supports me or my children when it comes to some lazy ass whore taking all of my husbands money. NOTHING!
I have honestly thought about starting a petition on this to get the law reinactivated in the US. What do you think? I know this is not something I can do on my own. I wouldn't even know where to start. I seriously think we should get that started, I would love to have support and help from anyone that is interested. I have the time to do any research that is needed, I just am not able to do any running around to different places, I'm sure you all already know I stay home with my daughter that has special needs.
Seriously, what do you all think? I'm sure I sound like a crazy crackhead, lol But I can't just sit back and watch other women and myself being screwed over like this.

The alienation of affection law is still valid in some states. Not here in OH. I think as far as we'll ever get with any law for us & our children is "divorce" granted. But even here in OH, it's a no fault state. He still would never even be labeled at fault if we were to divorce. UGG!

did you ever look into "alienation of affection, or criminal conversation?" see if either of these are still active laws in your state.

Jae, yes I have heard of them but here in Missouri, the laywers said I can't use them. Yes, Missouri is a "no fault" state. I dont understand that because it is her fault that she got pregnant. She purposly got pregnant. She told my husband that. So I dont understand that.
I'm not sure if they are still active or not. I even looked under personal injury or the tort law, which fits my situation but then I call a personal injury laywer and they say theres nothing I can do except for divorce him. That's ususally when I come back with a smart ass comment like,"That's why divorce laywers make so much, cause everyone gives up."

I just dont understand how they can LEGALLY allow women to sleep with married men, have kids and then give them everything while we sit back and watch and bitch cause theres nothing we can do.Legally anyway.
