The patch seems to be working, it smells a little when I light it but the sticky stuff keeps it rolled tight around the crack rock.... lol JK =)10 ours 45 min down I am a non-smoker.
Listen carefully to what your body is asking for. Sleep is good for you at this point. Sometimes, I couldn't stop thinking of a cig so I just went to bed. Worked for me....lol
Stay with the Roll Call and Pledge. It really starts your day off committed and lets us know how you are doing. Good job today. Like Yankee said, give yourself little rewards for each day cigarette free. It is important to change the brain. You are well on your way.
