more often than not, I really don't miss them.
I'm not saying craves won't occur. My boss told me when he'd been quit about 11 years he got hit with one out of the blue. He said the only thing that saved him was he got in his van with his wife driving and spent a couple of hours non-stop on one of the freeway loops we have here. That was about 9 years ago and it was his only experience.
Hey, one crave in 20 years? I can deal with that. At least I'll live long enough for it to happen. :)
Like grannie says, think positive. You will only fight for a lifetime if you believe you will.

About the hungy, tired, bored thing. There is an acronym, H.A.L.T. It means never let yourself get to Hungy, Angry (or Annoyed), Lonely, or Tired. Those can create a fertile environment for craves.
