On my way into work this morning I saw a very attractive young lady walking towards me she had top quality designer clothes on, her hair looked wonderful, her face very well made up, she was I would say a knockout, and as we passed she nearly did knock me out, she had just finished a cigarette and she smelled horrible all her effort was wasted.

Shame Viv. I have noticed the same kind of thing and now looking back i feel embarrassed that people used to think that of me, when i never had a clue.

You know Viv I have been noticing that more and more lately...The smell is awlful...To think that I smelled that way and tried to cover it up with perfume...yuck...

Ditto here! I try to be tolerant but the smell really bothers me now and never did when I smoked. I wonder how my husband put up with me for all those years!!

I have a friend who use to bum cigarettes off me ALL THE TIME when I smoked. She NEVER bought her own. She use to tell me she only smoked once in a while and couldn't really afford it so she didn't want to buy them. NOW that I have quit she has the audacity to start buying them now for herself. Not only that but she is rude enough to smoke just before she sees me and I have to smell her stink. She doesn't even smoke full time so it really aggravates me that she is so inconsiderate. She is one of those people that can smoke part time. Sorry to bitch but that sparked a bitter feeling in me.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
