When we get bored we dont go and eat rat poison do we so why would we go and smoke something that will harm our breathing, shorten our life, increase our risk of cancer, make our heart work faster and harm our circulation ? well the answer to that is because we are addicted. Treat this as an addiction and you will be able to quit. shout if ya need help Hugssssssss
