I started when I was 14 quit back in 2012 then started back after I had my son in 2020 for a couple of year then I’ve quit but the longest I’ve gone was 6 months.
With cigarettes so expensive I’m glad I don’t go through a pack a day I’m at 3 a day
My mom caught me sneaking instead of the lecture and taking them away she bummed 1 off of me and told me I don’t need to sneak around and allowed me to smoke in the house and car.
She told me she figured there wasn’t much she could do and knew me and my sister were going to do it.
But if she did lecture and didn’t make it easy by allowing us to smoke in the house or car or even buying them it would’ probably would’ve encouraged us to find other ways to handle our anxiety.
But one time I felt the strength in my decision to win and now it is slowly 3 years what I do not smoking...Maybe good timing :) I am very happy and proud of me.
Excuse my english
