delay,distract,drink water,deep breathe and DS (this site) by the time you have done some or all of those the craving will have passed

Books, movies, sitcoms, word puzzles, bubble baths,take a walk, aromatherapy helps alot- extra sleep helps alot too- you dont crave when your sleeping. Just stay focused on your goal of NOPE(not one puff ever) and you'll do it. Good luck.
If find myself getting bored at night and I want to smoke, here comes the challenge. I get on the computer, come here to DS, I exercise, tonight I played playdough with my 7 yr old and played Wii.
