Today marks my 20th week but I still don't understand it as my actual 5 months won't be until 7/13. Go figure.
What I think has worked best for me is I have not fought this quit, even from day one, I have embraced it.

I'm soo excited for this weekend! Its one of my favorite nights out.
I have been quit for 4 Months, 3 Weeks, 1 Day, 20 hours, 26 minutes and 50 seconds (144 days). I have saved $793.05 by not smoking 2,172 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week and 13 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 2/9/2008 10:00 PM
Going on 3rd day with no cigarettes. How did you calculate your life reclaimed in days? I like your calculations. They give me hope, and I'm going to start keeping a running tab.
