Welcome home
. It's not easy,I quit oct 6th 2013 after getting out of hospital. Our group really helps me to stay on top of it. I smoked for 63 years . I almost died so that keeps me motivated. I cannot say I haven't thought of having one. It is hard but I think it through,and all the negitive things what would happen to my body and mind if I picked one up.
