Stay close to DS. There is no other support like this one. The people are loving, caring and have so much wisdom and words that make sense to a newbie
Drink TONS of water
Suck on hard sugarless candy.
Make sure you reward yourself everytime you get past a craving,
Quitting for 3 weeks is awesome.. The nicotine is out of your system, now you are dealing with 'head games' You WILL get thru this.We will all be here for help at any time day or night
