I have been quit for 1 Month, 4 Weeks, 10 hours, 16 minutes and 42 seconds (59 days). I have saved $213.34 by not smoking 1,188 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Days and 3 hours of my life. My Quit Date: 11/12/2008 1:20 AM
in addition, I am filled with gratitude today and would like to share that I am 8 days away from 1,600 days without alcohol. I bring this up here to offer encouragement to anyone who may - like me - have a problem with both tobacco and alcohol. I guess we can beat 'em both!!
