Dont give up!!!!
Definatly think about seeing your doctor and have some basic bloodwork done. Just to be sure there are no underlying problems. Talk to him/her about your diet. They should be able to recommend some things. I wish I could afford a personal dietician, but I cant so I had to research EVERYTHING.
Unfortunaltly what works for one person may not another. And some of us cant excersise vigorously. But we have taken on a huge change in our lifestyle and it will take time for our bodies to adjust. Dont be so down about weight gain. I tell my hubby all the time...I would rather see us with more weight than smoking!!
