Maybe it was the stress of being alone at my age and feeling my age -- I don't know but I started, however it never felt right and very quickly I developed problems with hacking and coughing and breathing problems. One day, I though that is it -- I STINK and I can't stand the hacking and coughing so I quit and found this great support site. This site has helped me tremendously to keep accountable.
So yes, even after all those years you can choose to pick up a bad habit again or do something that will distract you.
