I even changed the route I drove to and from work to reduce the automatic triggers I experienced...(reached for a cig at the same intersection two days in a row without thinking about the action). As your understanding of your own triggers improves so will your coping skills.

so when you crave remember the 5 D's delay distract drink water deep breathe and DS or discuss
On a brighter side it gets easier when you have been quit for quite a while so hang in there you can do this
