I have had that little demon saying very similar things and to shut him up I remember that I don't/won't know which cigarette will be the one that kills me.
Smoking is smoking--you can't be a non smoker if you smoke even one.
Good luck--delay, drink a glass of water, chew some gum...what ever it takes!
I once quit for 18 months a few years back and that's how i started again.
Get yourself back into the frame of mind you were in as a non smoker and remember how good you felt about yourself.Please don't ruin those fantastic 52 days.
The only way you can beat cigarettes is by not giving the little buggers an inch cos once you do they hook you back in!!!!

If you want to quit you just can't smoke, easy as that. Might try to figure out what the trigger was for you.
