So many of us are through the physical part of quitting and as I read discussions I find that so many of us struggle with the mental. Someone here found a website and the discussion subject is something about the Psychology of Quitting Smoking. It is for people trying to quit but I have been reading through the material. I have been quit for 4 1/2 months and continue to search for things that will ease the mental pain. This website is free and I think if you will take the time to read through it, you will find some information that will help ease those mental feelings.
