Anyhow, also, sometimes people will sabotoge your success, because then, what are they ganna complain about???Also, uif someone wants to quit, but hasnt made the steps to yet, may resent you for doing what they "think"they cannot do. So, theres a few possibilities.
You can't control all the triggers that will inevitably come up but you can control what you chose to do in the face of it.
