Quitting the 2nd time was so much harder than the 1st time the 2nd time I quit was January 15th 2022 because what caused me to was I was half way through a cigarette and I started coughing so bad where I couldn’t catch my breath and that when I promised my daughter I will never smoke again. But I will be honest when outside walking to my car or inside of work or a store or restaurant once in a while the smell will make me wish I was having 1.but like I said promised my daughter I have so much energy and have saved a lot and I can only imagine how much harder the 3rd time will be.
