Good for you!!! I know you can do this!!! Its a day at a time and sometimes just minutes! Lots of deep breaths too! I'm just at the 10 week mark or so. and its gotten so much easier!! But the 1st week was the hardest. & Yeah, the 5 D's do help as well.....(this is my 3rd or 4th quit) & I swear it will be my last! I just feel strongly that I'm done with smoking. Hope you are too! :)
