The best and final quits are planned. Staying in bed forever is unproductive.....but do that if you must for now becuz your body really does need rest to help recover.
Drink tons of water cuz it flushes out the toxins faster as well as hydrates and helps with cravings.
When a craving hits use sugarless candy and or gum. Also in conjunction to that.....GET BUSY!!!! I'm talking really busy with a hobby or cleaning or exercise.....ANYTHING that will distract you until the craving passes. The cravings will not last forever....it only seems like it at the time if you are not busy.
Stay away from triggers (other smokers or places you usually smoke). Let your friends or family go someplace else or remove yourself from the situation. Think like a non smoker.....you were one at one time in your life.
It is going to take some work on your part, but it will get easier the longer you stay quit. It is well worth the work/fight you have to take back your life.
