Sorry you are having to deal with such stress. Cigs really won't help though. The most relaxing part of smoking, is taking that deep breathe, so............try sitting down to relax and just deep breath without the smoke. Just breath in the air. It's worth a try. Feel the {{{hugs}}}
I got the cigarette from a neighbor. I was on my way to go mail the letter and he was standing outside smoking.
Chances are.....the stress is still there and now you need to find a different "habit" to replace the old one or it will keep coming back. Also, give the new "habit" time to take hold as you are use to the old one. So find something you are passionate about.....or something you always wanted to learn, but smoking kept you apart from that passion.
I'm a former addict of several addictions......smoking was the last to go.....damn.....I was free falling for awhile, but eventually found my way to freedom. I wonder why I ever smoked in the first place....lol.

I think it's hard giving up a baby in any circumstances, but even harder to give your baby up when you desperately want her and would sell your soul if you could just keep her.
from everything you told us would it not be wise to keep you quit so when your daughter turned 18 you would still be around and healthy?
if the cigarette had been right there a different story...you had to think and plan to go ask your neighbor...... think about it.
