I won't say good luck, because it doesn't take luck, it takes determination, commitment, and all those things.
(Sorry, I was just visiting, and noticed that!!! ) Grannie is so right that it takes determination. You should never be ashamed if you fail, only if you do not try, and keep on trying!!! Save your money for a treat for yourself when you stop.....
I know it has taken some members several trys before they quit for good. It is good to see your determination.
As grannie says...it takes determination. Ya gotta keep on top of it.
Sometimes ya gotta fight like hell.....but you know it is going to be worth it in the end. Nothing good comes easy....if that were true, everyone would be able to kick bad habits right away.
Start drinking TONS of water and sleep through urges....stay away from triggers.
Put on your big girl panties and keep trying!!!!!!
