Quitting smoking the 2nd time was a lot harder for me and I had smoked for over 2 years before quitting the 2nd time this past February marked 2 years being smoke free. What’s hard is walking by smokers and sometimes the smell makes me want 1 but I’m not 1 who can do that it’s like letting and alcoholic have a beer they can’t just stop at 1 or 2 they wanna drink what’s in front of them but for me if there’s a pack of cigarettes then I’m going to smoke the whole pack.
