But you have to focus on the positrive. (I realize there is nothing positive about your cat being lost)- put up signs, run an ad on Pets911.com or some missing pet website and then you have to just have faith. Smoking wont resolve any issue- it will add to the stress. Take some time to breathe deep and stay centered- youre doing great,. Good luck w/the interview.
I'm sorry you're doing it hard right now! But forerica is right, picking up a cigarette isn't going to make the issues go away. Your problems will all still be there AND you'll be back on the cigs.
You can do it, I know you can. And as hard as it seems right now, well it does get easier. You're doing great, just hang in there and good luck with the interview BTW.

Stress is one of the worst triggers to fall back into your old ways, but you just have to be stronger than you ever thought you could be. Take it one minute at a time and just keep delaying. Before you know it the days gone and your still smoke free. I wish the best for you and hope you can be reconnected with your kitty soon!
