1. I was determined that this time I would succeed. I said to myself "I will not be beaten by this, I can do it. I will do it"
2. My husband (who still smokes) agreed to help me by not smoking in the house.

5. Most important of all. This time I came onto this group on DS every day. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day when I felt bad. I posted to 'roll call' and 'pledge' every day. I read old posts and journals. I got good advice from people here.
I have been quit for 1 Year, 2 Weeks, 2 Days, 13 hours and 42 minutes (382 days). I have saved 2,955.35 by not smoking 11,477 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 1 Week, 2 Days, 20 hours and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 26/10/2007 23:15
