I work at a funeral home and I use to joke about, I could get a good plan should smoking kill me. I don't use that as an option to keep smoking any more. Now I say......I don't need a good plan (discount) cuz dying right now is not an option! LOL
You have quit before.....so you know you can do it again.....but this time for good. I wish you the best and hopefully will see you here on a regular basis as a quitter :)
Maybe in preparation for your quit you could look for groups of quitters that meet in your area or find out if their are quit coaches around that you could touch base with.
The problem for you and many of us here is that we used cigs to get us through the sad times the angry times the stressful times etc etc
We didnt realise that they didnt really helped they were simply an addiction that needed constant tending too.
A physical and mental addiction that many of us had had for most of our lives.
I am wondering whether you should read the Alan Carr book because that might help you get in the right frame of mind to start your quit. The other think you could do is read the good posts here in the good post group. They have some valuable information for those wanting to quit. The other thing you could do is go see your Doc. He or she will be able to help you with quitting
I hope things go well for you and we will support you the best we can
