Don't give in,Nicodemon is fighting to get you back now,he feels you slipping away.I had these terrible craves for about 4-5 days almost nonstop,But as I said I got that book and it worked for me.Good Luck,we are all here for you,we all know how rough this particular patch can be.Once you get through it you will be home and dry.
You are an inspiration to me. You've been quit 41 days now! I'm just ending day 10, entering day 11 in about 6 hours. You folks are so encouraging. Thanks for posting this. I know that I may face some challenges ahead, and your honesty will help prepare me for them.
You are on the 'other' side. Stay there! It's just not worth going back to the ol' ball and chain... stinky, stinky, bad breath and clothes, ball and chain. Yuk!!
