You already know different avenues to relieve stress......give them a try instead.
If you really want to quit......just do it!
Did lighting up change any of that?? I doubt it. Plan ahead of time how you will deal with those emotions WITHOUT reaching for that cancer causing cig. Come here whenever it gets bad.

With that in mind, quitting and restarting and quitting again is also never ending.
Breaking an addictive habit is hard, all us quitters know it. So get yourself a plan know why your wanting to quit and then work from there.
