I am still wearing my patch getting my nicotine. Right now, I am just trying to change my habits...I plan to quit the patches in another 14 days. They say it takes 7 days to build a habit, but 21 days to break it. Hopefully that works...then I would work on my nicotine addiction!!!

Friday was the day from hell. I think I had PMS, but also, even though the physcal withdrawal seemed to be subsiding, I ended up being very emotional about it.
I found myself feeling lonely and bitter - especially with the folks at work who still smoke and would go trotting off to the smoke room together.
I also found myself eating more this weekend. But I do believe the PMS had a lot to do with that.
It was a hard road this weekend. But it is worth it to know that I am still clean - even when it got more difficult.
