Once we make the jump its really not that bad! A few days of slight discomfort (because our brain keeps wanting to think about them)-
After I flopped a few times- using chantex, lozenges and patch I spent several days on here and on whyquit.com- after the pics I saw Ialmost threw up. I didnt need a pill for that!!- I quit 2 days b4 my quit date- cold turkey- because I WANTED to- after 45 years!
Go To whyquit.com and read- or at leastlook at the pictures in his Ebook "Never Again Another Smoke" by Joel Spitzer. You will see feet and legs amputated cause the circulation was cut off by smoking- and many other things.
Be strong- rewire your brain and jump on in! The water is nice and so are all the friends here!
