I'm quit 22 months :)
I don't smell like an ashtray; my clothes don't stink; Etc. I won't say I breathe better as I waited to many years to quit. The severe heart attack I had was the biggest incentive. I lost the motion of my left heart wall and as the heart medicines did not help am being treated for COPD as well. Quit Now!, Don't wait as it may be too late!!!!
Mayberry checking in with 4years and 8months(tomorrow). Tomorrow is also the day I can put away my sling as my shoulder is healing nicely.
