I hope everyone has a nice safe Labor Day. This is my favorite holiday. I love the MDA and what Jerry lewis started for his kids. Today I celebrate day 1527 of freedom from smoking.

I cracked at the weekend when I hit 6 months without my dear Mum.
I'm down but definately not out.
